SANCEV was founded in 2023 by Christophe de Charentenay and Stéphane Durand with the aim of accelerating the decarbonisation of the vehicle fleet. Passionate about technological innovation and with extensive experience in the automotive industry, they combine strong technical expertise with a constant focus on competitiveness. They have demonstrated their ability to successfully complete ambitious projects thanks to their operational pragmatism, notably with the Dacia Spring, the most affordable electric vehicle.
At SANCEV, Christophe and Stéphane have surrounded themselves with a team of experts in electric batteries, electronics and certification to ensure the development of kits offering the highest levels of performance, reliability and competitiveness.
Christophe de Charentenay
Co-founder
Christophe has over twenty years of experience in the automotive sector, working for the Renault Group.
As President of a Renault/Nissan/Dongfeng joint venture in China until 2020, he oversaw the design and industrialisation of the Dacia Spring, the most environmentally friendly electric vehicle of 2022.
Stéphane Durand
Co-founder
With 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, Stéphane was Vice-President of Operations at Renault.
He oversaw international production and industrial strategy, participating in the development of more than 60 vehicles.
